FastUCR Filing is a private third-party filing service that assists motor carriers with Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) submissions. We are not affiliated with the FMCSA, USDOT, or any government agency. Our website is fastucrfiling.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to complete your UCR filing:

  • USDOT number
  • Legal business name
  • Contact name, email address, and phone number
  • Fleet size (vehicle count)
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card data)

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

  • Submit your UCR registration on your behalf
  • Send confirmation of your filing
  • Contact you regarding your order if needed
  • Send renewal reminders if you opt into Auto-Pilot Renewal

4. Data Security

All data transmitted to and from our site is protected with SSL/TLS encryption (256-bit). Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

5. We Never Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your USDOT number, carrier data, or personal information with third-party telemarketers, data brokers, or advertising networks — ever. Your information is never used for marketing purposes beyond your own account.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following limited third-party services:

  • Stripe — secure payment processing
  • Make.com (Integromat) — internal workflow automation for filing fulfillment

These services receive only the minimum data required to perform their function. They are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

7. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

8. Data Retention

Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with federal recordkeeping requirements for motor carrier filings. You may request deletion of non-required personal data by contacting us.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of non-legally-required data
  • Opt out of any marketing communications
