Terms of Service
Last updated: March 14, 2026
1. Nature of Service
FastUCR Filing / FastBOC3 Filing is a private third-party filing service and is NOT affiliated with the FMCSA, USDOT, the UCR Plan, or any government agency. We provide document preparation and filing assistance services to motor carriers for a fee. Filing fees collected are remitted to the applicable state agency on your behalf.
2. Service Description
For the fees listed on our pricing page, we will:
- Collect your carrier and fleet information
- Determine the correct UCR tier based on your fleet size
- Submit your UCR registration to the appropriate state system
- Provide confirmation once the filing is processed
Our service fee covers filing assistance and expedited processing. The government registration fee is a separate line item and is passed through to the UCR system.
3. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate USDOT number, fleet size, and contact information. FastUCR Filing is not liable for rejected filings, penalties, or compliance failures caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
4. Auto-Pilot Renewal
If you purchase the Auto-Pilot Renewal add-on, you authorize FastUCR Filing to automatically renew your UCR registration on or before each January 1 deadline. You will receive a notice 30 days before renewal. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date by emailing support@fastucrfiling.com.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
We make no guarantee that the UCR system or the receiving state agency will process your filing within any specific timeframe. Filing timelines depend on government systems outside our control. We are not liable for road-side enforcement actions that occur while a filing is pending if submitted with sufficient lead time.
6. Limitation of Liability
FastUCR Filing's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
