Refund Policy

1. After Filing — No Refund
Once your UCR registration has been submitted to the applicable UCR system or FMCSA database, no refund is available. This applies to both the government registration fee and the FastUCR service fee. Registrations cannot be reversed or cancelled once processed.
Please review your fleet size and contact information carefully before completing checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted.
2. Before Filing — Partial Refund
If you request a cancellation before your filing has been submitted to the UCR system, a refund will be issued for the full amount paid, minus a $15.00 processing fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
To request a pre-filing cancellation, contact us immediately at support@fastucrfiling.com with your order number and USDOT. We process most orders within 2 business hours, so time is critical.
3. Auto-Pilot Renewal
Auto-Pilot Renewal subscriptions ($99/year) may be cancelled at any time before the annual renewal date for a full refund. Once a renewal filing has been submitted, the standard post-filing no-refund policy applies.
4. Incorrect Tier / Fleet Size
If you selected an incorrect fleet tier, contact us before processing begins. If we have not yet submitted the filing, we can void the transaction and reprocess at the correct tier (subject to the $15 processing fee for the original transaction). If the filing has already been submitted, we cannot issue a refund, but can assist you with a new filing if required by the UCR system.
5. Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, contact us at support@fastucrfiling.com immediately. If the duplicate has not been filed, we will refund it minus the $15 processing fee. If both were filed, only one registration is valid and a partial refund may be available at our discretion.
6. Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@fastucrfiling.com with your order ID and USDOT number. Phone requests cannot be processed.
